March 2013 – Former Subsea 7 office acquired by Carnegie.

July 2014 – Carnegie successfully negotiated new lease with Schlumberger for the existing building and to build an additional 930 sqm extension.

October 2014 – Carnegie undertook a full refurbishment of the external fabric of the building whilst Schlumberger took occupation.

March 2015 – Carnegie commenced construction of 2-storey extension which was completed and occupied by Schlumberger in January 2016.
